Within 15 days of the invoice date you can return for exchange only for something of greater or equal value. A $25.00 restocking fee will be charged on all exchanges. Broken, damaged or missing pieces on exchanges will not be accepted. The original invoice and prior authorization is required for return. Please contact me by email.
No returns or exchanges on sale, or custom pieces. ALL SALES FINAL!

Because most of my prices are at cost or close to cost, I do not repair, restring or replace beads.
Priority Mail orders will go out the following day. First Class Mail gets mailed out once a week.
